Graye Todd brings more than 12 years of experience in consulting, finance, and business transformation across industries including retail, consumer products, and financial services. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to lead complex strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and deliver sustainable business results.
Her expertise spans digital transformation, change management, customer experience, process optimization, and large-scale program leadership. Graye has successfully led cross-functional initiatives ranging from enterprise technology implementations and operating model redesigns to customer experience improvements and organizational transformation efforts.
She began her consulting career at North Highland, where she managed complex, multi-workstream programs and worked closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic execution and organizational change. Over the course of her career, she has held roles spanning business analysis, program management, strategy, and transformation leadership, giving her a practical, hands-on perspective on how businesses grow and scale.
Today, Graye applies this experience as an investor, operator, and advisor, helping businesses navigate growth, strengthen operations, and build lasting value.
