She specializes in digital transformation, change management, business process improvement, and customer experience strategy. Graye began her consulting career at North Highland, where she led complex, multi-workstream programs and partnered with enterprise stakeholders to drive strategic execution. She holds a Prosci certification in Change Management and has held roles ranging from Business Analyst to Program Manager.

Before joining Dellwood Advisors, Darby worked at Berkeley Capital Advisors in Charlotte, NC, a leading retail commercial real estate firm in the southeast. At Berkeley, he specialized in the underwriting and selling of single and multi‑tenant retail assets. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he served for six years in the U.
Before joining Dellwood Advisors, Darby worked at Berkeley Capital Advisors in Charlotte, NC, a leading retail commercial real estate firm in the southeast. At Berkeley, he specialized in the underwriting and selling of single and multi‑tenant retail assets. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he served for six years in the U.S. Navy within Naval Special Warfare, assigned to a SEAL Team in Virginia Beach. Darby holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Ole Miss.
